Dr. Kachurak's Family Dental Office is conveniently located in Quakertown, just a short drive from Route 309 easily accessed from Route 313 and Route 663.

 

From Allentown Area:

Take 78 South and to the 309 South Exit towards Quakertown, After about 13 miles you will see Dairy Queen on the right, this is Park Ave. Make a left at this light. After passing Quakertown hospital  turn left on 9th St. Turn right at the next stop sign, Juniper St. Go About 3 blocks till you see the giant tooth brush on your right between 5th and 6th St.

From Doylestown Area:

Take Route 313 North towards Quakertown. Once in Quakertown go through 3 traffic lights, after the third traffic light go approximately 5 yards and turn left on to 5th St. Turn right at the next stop sign will be Juniper St. Travel almost a whole block and look to left for giant tooth brush.
